As a master hair stylist we still make mistakes.

My longtime Loyal client Nicole was double booked and I got her in last minute. I let her toner sit the full-time, which honestly I never really do. It was a crazy day… I was working with time not my side So our result was not what you wanted. Sometimes we just gotta put the ego aside, correct our mistakes and be grateful that clients still trust us to correct our errors and give them the hair they want. I just was to say thank you to all of my clients that trust me and the ones that let me fix something if it isn’t what they wanted.
Although it takes time and money out of our schedules most hairstylist would rather correct and make it right and keep your business then walk around with a big ass ego.
