I realized I’ve never properly introduced myself here, even though many of you have been supporting my pastry business for a while — so hello!
I’m a stay-at-home mom of five with a long-standing love for pastry. Before baking from home, I had the opportunity to work at Langdon Hall Relais & Château in Cambridge, Ontario, and later as the Pastry Chef at Mirbeau Inn & Spa in Skaneateles, NY. Those experiences shaped how I bake today: with care, consistency, and a focus on quality.
I’m grateful for everyone who has ordered, shared, or supported my work. It means more than I can say. I’m looking forward to continuing to bring you pastries and seasonal treats made with the same attention and passion I’ve carried through my whole career.
