Alfajor orders have been pouring in since our recent classes! 🤎

We made this gluten-free batch of alfajores de maicena for a baby shower: delicate, buttery cookies filled with luscious dulce de leche and rolled in coconut.

For the chocolate lovers, there’s the alfajor marplatense: chocolate cookies filled with dulce de leche and dipped in chocolate. 🍫

Try either with a cup of aromatic coffee. ☕️🇦🇷
