I know we said we were on break. BUT… 👀

Behind the scenes, we’ve been working on a MILLION things to get ready for a very busy fall + winter season. 🍂🤎

We’re talking:
✨ new flavors
✨ new events
✨ some very exciting seasonal drops
✨ AND… a custom order website 👀

We’ve got lots of things in the works and we can’t wait to start sharing them with you!

For now, just know that the ovens (and our brains 😂) are still working overtime.

Officially on break!

And just like that… our first summer at the Burlington Farmers Market has come to an end. 🥹🤎

We are so incredibly grateful to the Burlington Farmers Market for welcoming The Local Roll Co. this summer and giving us the sweetest place to share our rolls with all of you.

To everyone who stopped by, tried a roll, came back for another, brought a friend, told someone about us, followed along, or simply cheered us on — THANK YOU. 🫶🏼 Your support has meant more to us than we could have imagined when we started this little adventure.

While we’re taking a little break, you can bet we’ll still be in the kitchen concocting, testing, and dreaming up the next best flavor. 👀

We have a few ideas up our sleeves… and we can’t wait to share what’s next.

One last Thursday. 🥹🤎

It’s hard to believe, but this week will be our LAST Burlington Farmers Market of the summer before we take a little break to get ready for baby.

What started as our first-ever summer at the market has turned into so much more than we could have imagined. We’ve met so many amazing people, made friends with fellow vendors, watched familiar faces come back week after week, and sold A LOT of cinnamon rolls. 😂

We’re so incredibly grateful for every single person who has stopped by our table, bought a roll, shared a post, or simply said hello.

So this Thursday, we’re soaking it all in. 🤍

Come see us one last time before our little break! We’ll be there from 3–7 PM (or until we sell out!).

And trust us… you’re going to want to see what we’re bringing. 👀

It’s bake day!!! And for our second to last week at the market, we are (re)INTRODUCING… our Mini Rolls… in Flight Version! 🤍

These were such a hit when we first introduced them we couldn’t help but bring them to the market this summer.

So tomorrow, Thursday, we’re bringing 4 mini rolls — one of each flavor so you can try them all for just $10:

We’re making a limited number for their first appearance, so once they’re gone, they’re gone!

And of course, our full-size rolls will be there too.

Want rolls but not ready to eat them right away? We get it. 🤎

Sometimes you’re at the market and a cinnamon roll just isn’t on the agenda that day… but that doesn’t mean you have to pass one up! 😉

Our rolls are freshest within the first 2–3 days, but they’re super easy to save for later.

✨ Fridge: Up to 1 week
✨ Freezer: Up to 1 month

Just pop them into an airtight container before storing!

When you’re ready for your roll, let it come back to room temperature (we recommend taking it out the night before), then warm it up in the microwave for your usual amount of time. We love ours for 15–20 seconds for that warm, gooey, just-baked feel. 🤤

And with only 2 weeks left at the Burlington Farmers Market before we take a little break, now is the perfect time to stock up! 🤎

Thursdays have officially become our favorite day of the week. 🤍

Slow coffee dates in the morning with my favorite little boy ☕️, followed by afternoons spent seeing all of our favorite customers and fellow vendors at the Burlington Farmers Market. 🥹

And honestly, it doesn’t seem to matter what the weather has in store—Thursday afternoons at the Burlington Farmers Market are always the place to be. We’re so grateful to be part of it and even more grateful for all of you who continue to show up for us week after week.

🤎 Let us reintroduce ourselves…

Throughout this summer, we’ve met SO many incredible new faces. Whether you’re a new customer who found us at the farmers market, a fellow vendor, or someone who’s been cheering us on from afar—we are so grateful for you, your support, and the incredible kindness you’ve shown us during our first summer at the market. 🥹

So, we figured it was time to reintroduce ourselves!

We’re Bri & Abby, the faces (and hands 😂) behind The Local Roll Co. And while you may know us now as the two gals behind the cinnamon rolls, our story started long before the rolls did.

We’ve known each other our literal entire lives—and somehow, after growing up together, we’re now here raising our babies together, navigating motherhood, work, and all of life’s chaos… while also baking a whole lot of cinnamon rolls. 🤍

Our families are the reason for everything we do and, honestly, the reason we’ve been able to do this at all. We bake every single roll ourselves in our little home kitchen, talk about cinnamon rolls WAY more than we probably should, and genuinely get excited every time we see your faces at our booth.

We’re still not quite sure which one of us thought adding more chaos to our already chaotic lives was a good idea… but we’re really, really glad we did. 😂

Thank you for making our first summer at the market so special. We’re so happy you’re here. 🤎

🔥 Meet our newest flavor… S’MORES! 🍫🤍

Imagine our soft, fluffy cinnamon roll filled with gooey chocolate and graham cracker goodness, topped with a marshmallow-inspired frosting and crushed graham crackers. ✨

This one tastes just like sitting around a campfire on a summer night… minus the mosquitoes. 😉🔥
