HOW TO ORDER:

📚 we’ll send over our cake guides to show size, flavor and pricing options.
📧 email us back your selections/questions
✅ you’ll receive a confirmation email when we’ve got you in the official books
🚙 set a reminder in your phone for pick up, we always close at 12/noon!

IMPORTANT:
📅 we appreciate 2-3 weeks (or more!) lead time
🌎 custom cake orders are taken ONLINE, not in store or on the phone.
🤓 emails are checked nightly Mon-Thur.
Weekend response rates will be slower.
🍃 plan a party theme, or just note some favorite colors.
📸 inspiration photos that caught your eye are welcome, but not required.
🧁 we are freehand buttercream artists only, and do not work with fondant.
🤖 AI photos will not be replicated
🎨 we do not copy other artists work, but can create similarly with our own touch.

we always have 8” rounds available in our grab-&-go freezer in the storefront. there’s a variety of tasty flavors and designs to choose from.

✏️ orders are taken first come, first serve and select dates may become unavailable/booked. you are not guaranteed a spot until you see the confirmation email.
we do not hold dates without a complete order.

All our purple decorated cookie sales will be donated to Shelly’s team during their “a walk to end alzheimers” event on September 19th. 🤸🏻‍♀️

Support our favorite grannies and grandpas at Village Glen, and help future generations overcome. 🧠
