I am also formerly certified in food safety by the Central Racine County Health Department and a formerly certified Foid Safety Manager for the State of Wisconsin. I do not currently hold these certificates as they are not required of Cottage Bakers.

Wow! Life!

It seems that life works on no schedule.

So, I'm going to just work around what life decides to throw at me. Knowing this o understand how difficult it can be to meet all your entertainment needs. So, let me help you with the baking.

This year I am going to be selling cookie trays and cupcake trays. These will not be on actual trays but provided in bakery boxes and cookies can be individually wrapped upon request. Sorry, trays of cupcakes and cookies mixed will not be offered.

I will posting pictures and prices by mud-week. There will be, at least, two local pick-up days. Local delivery may be available, please pm me and we can discuss. By law, I can only ship to addresses within Wisconsin. Postage will be actual cost so if you require shipping send me the address and I can get that additional cost baling.

I have been impatiently recovering from my back surgery so I can get back to baking! Help me by allowing me to help you!
