Long before Dylana’s Sweet Treats, there was bread pudding…

Many years ago, in culinary school, I made and tasted bread pudding for the first time.

I remember asking my chefs questions and doing research on this dessert but I’m not sure why I was so curious.

So I started experimenting, swapping ingredients, playing with flavors, and making small changes that I thought would elevate the recipe, I created a few versions and flavors that felt like my own.

Something warm. Something rich. Something with the perfect texture ✨

Years later, that bread pudding would become one of our signature desserts of Dylana’s Sweet Treats.

To everyone who has ordered it, shared it, talked about it, and come back for more—thank you. You’ve been part of this evolution, too. 🤎
