Epic Pastries Fully certified, inspected & insured residential bakery in Brookfield! Website is under construction My name is Jackie Drosehn! I am based in Brookfield, MA.

I am currently taking orders for pickup and local delivery! My business is run out of my fully licensed, certified, insured and inspected residential kitchen. Please allow at least 2 days notice when placing orders and at least a week for cake orders, as I make everything fresh myself! ALL orders must be paid for in advance unless paying cash at time of pickup. This excludes large orders such as

cakes and cupake orders which require at least a 50% deposit to secure date. Your date is not guaranteed until deposit is received. Deposit is not refundable. All shipped orders go out on Mondays. No exceptions. Message to order or with any questions! Texts are also welcome!

To start off, I will have the shed open this Saturday and Sunday, 9am-8pm✨️❣️

I will add days as I see fit! Most likely, having it open Thursday-Sunday all summer!

Don't forget we will also have a Take it or Leave it library inside! 📚🩵

New grab and go shed that I will be filling up to open this coming weekend!!

I am so incredibly proud of how it came out. A GIANT thank you to my fantastic husband for building 99.9999% of it. And my daughter for helping me set it up!

There is also going to be a Free Little Library on the left shelf! 📚✨️

I cannot wait!!! I hope you guys enjoy it!
