Another dreary start this Friday but The Flour Stand is open now until 6pm or sold out! I will update throughout the day on what's left and when we close.

Payment via cash, Venmo, Cashapp, or credit/Apple Pay. Please note the stand is monitored and recordered at all times.

Preorders are in the separate cabinet to the left of the stand. If we get any rain then preorders will be moved to the cooler inside the stand. Thank you!

It's a dreary day at The Flour Stand today but we will be open! There is lots to choose from and I was able to finish up early today so most items will be out by 9am. We will stay open until 6pm or sold out and I will update on what's left throughout the day.

We're back! Orders for 8/21 open today and the menu is full of new items. As a reminder you can pick up your preorder from 10am-6pm to accommodate later work schedules. Placing an order guarantees you receive the items you want but we do always stock extras in the stand that you may purchase the day of.

Hi! Just a post to say I'm still here lol. I took a week off to spend at the beach with my family, I didn't plan to stay closed this week but we will closed again this Friday. Honestly, it's been so nice to slow down. Besides baking for preorders and The Flour Stand, I also bake for Farmer at the Door each week and take on custom catering orders.

This extra time has allowed me to do some deep cleaning of my baking area, organize, plan new menus, and work on writing and testing new recipes. In my recent poll many of you voted for more new flavors of breads and sweets. Adding new flavors takes time to figure out the recipe, test it, make changes, price out ingredients, and then writing up new labels.

All this to say, I hope to welcome you back to the stand soon and will update again for our next open day!

If you've been around awhile you may remember that my first year in business I was making bagels every week. I stopped for a few reasons...
1. They're pretty messy to make.
2. They're a very low hydration stiff dough, and take a serious toll on home mixers.
3. It was very hard to cold proof hundreds at a time before I had a second fridge.

However, I've had quite a few requests for them lately so I decided to do a bagel pop-up next week 7/31 before we close at the beginning of August.

You can place a preorder by clicking the link in my bio (Facebook says I'm at my limit for adding links this month 🙄) and pickup at the stand anytime between 10am-6pm. Or I will have some available for purchase at the stand.
