With the ever increasing cost of life, especially gas prices, I did have to make a sad & difficult decision to increase the price to $28 per box. However, if you purchase 2 boxes the price will still only be $50🤩

❤️ February ❤️

Confession. Until yesterday I actually didn’t like cake pops. I didn’t like eating them, making them, nothing. Then last night I figured I should probably taste test them, annnnnd now all I can think about is eating them 😳🙈 The chocolate on chocolate, oh me oh my.

I can’t say thank you enough to everyone who supported Sweets this month ❤️ What does everyone want to see in the next Sweets box? Drop your favorite below and they may just end up in the next box!

💕This makes my heart full 💕

I’m pretty sure I stood in the same 5 foot square space for a solid 15 hours without hardly blinking preparing the February Sweets boxes but all the smiling faces on delivery day make every second of work worth it! It’s not about the money (truthfully I wish I could just give away everything I bake), but it’s about getting to see all the amazing people who support me, their kids in the cutest PJ’s, their warm welcoming homes, and of course their fur babies 🤍 and maybe sharing a glass of wine or a handful of beers, let’s be real ☺️

I’m so blessed to have such amazing people in my life ❤️

And a special shout-out to a pretty amazing husband who goes to 4 different stores to find a very important ingredient, washes countless dishes and cuts 60 strands of ribbon 😘

❤️💕Valentines Day💕❤️

🎄 Show me your buns contest 🎄

I can’t thank everyone enough for all the love + support this past weekend ❤️

As a fun way to say thank you, once you bake your cinnamon rolls, snap a photo and tag Sweets by Kaitlin], the best looking buns will receive a special gift from me!🎁

And just so everyone is clear on the proofing + baking instructions I have listed them in more detail below:

1. Keep your buns + icing in the freezer until you’re ready to make them 🎄

2. Remove buns + icing from freezer, let icing thaw at room temperature while you proof + bake your buns.

3. Remove plastic covering, divide rolls between two baking pans for best results. Cover each pan with a clean + dry dish towel.

4. Turn oven on keep warm setting or 170F, and place towel covered pans in oven to proof for 1-1.5 hours. They’ll likely need the full 1.5 hours to puff up nice and big.

5. Once buns are proofed, remove them from the oven, remove towels + preheat oven to 325F.

6. Once oven is preheated place the 2 baking dishes back into the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes.

7. Once done remove buns from oven and top with icing.

8. Snap a photo of your buns or of your family eating them and be sure to share and tag Sweets by Kaitlin] 📸
