The bakery stand is sold out of cinnamon rolls. Thank you friends. I added more white chocolate raspberry bundt cakes, chocolate fudge and dubia brownies. I am starting a new batch of dough tell me if you want the traditional cinnamon rolls or sweet rolls like cherry or Blueberry or raspberry maybe apple? Help a girl out lol.

Freeze Dryed items, free books, Cinnamon rolls 8x8 pan 4 large rolls 7.00, zucchini chocolate chip bread 5.00 each, cinnamon brown sugar bread 5.00 each, white chocolate raspberry bundt cake 4.00 each. Hello Friends, the Bakery Stand is officially opening March 13 for the 2026 season. So excited to see you all again. We have new freeze dryed items this year. Ice cream sandwiches, fruits, large variety of candy. Also was able to get some tallow lotion done and more jelly made. I will post again mid week with the menu. Today I made Turtle Cheesecake. Not one Crack when taken out of the oven lol. I made a chocolate crust then swirled a mild chocolate in the Cheesecake batter. When cooled I topped with my homemade Carmel, chocolate ganache and I roasted pecans to add. Even though the Bakery Stand is closed the rest of the month I am still taking orders. Tomorrow I get to make 24 snickerdoodles, carrot cake and 10 Dubia candy bars. Monday will be Turtle Cheesecakes's. Thank you for keeping the orders coming. I appreciate you all so much. Hope the weather warms up and stays that way.

Our 7 year old nephew the amazing Gunny is going to add some of his chicken eggs to the Bakery Stand this coming weekend. He will be charging 3.00 a dozen. Every dozen purchased for the season goes into his savings account for his future education. He also is responsible for the claw machine. He helps me print the 3D items, he fills the machine and gets to keep the change. Tracy Kertai
