Everything is made from scratch in my Bozeman micro bakery using long-fermented sourdough and quality ingredients.

Lightly sweet with subtle honey notes, this loaf is all about texture—flaky, tender, and perfectly chewy. When toasted, it takes on a crumpet-like feel with a delicate crisp exterior and soft, airy interior.

Brown Butter Sourdough Cookies 🍪 x 6
Rich and nutty from browned butter, with chewy centers and perfectly crisp edges. Finished with flaky Maldon salt for that sweet + salty balance that keeps you coming back for another bite.
