Can a Blueberry be more Blueberry-y…? YES! The subtle citrusy, floral notes of Bergamot (a lovely variety of orange 🍊 ) highlighted in Earl Grey Black Tea amplify the natural sweetness and brightness of the berries. Turbinado Sugar brings a bit of extra crunch!

We use Loose Leaf Earl Grey Black Tea in our dough and compote. We offer a variety of Art of Tea hot and iced options in-house for a lovely cuppa to pair with a little treat! ☕️🫖🥐

Vanilla Bean Cheesecake Mousse and Raspberry Rhubarb Jam are rolled inside of Almond Joconde Cake, then enrobed in a Raspberry Rhubarb White Chocolate Mirror Glaze and topped with a rosette of Chantilly Cream, a fresh Raspberry and Candied Almond Slices. … actually, FOUR DAYS of work! From start to finish, our Croissant Team works tirelessly through a multi-process to create that delicate flaky bite you know and love. (Can you count the layers?) Lots of time and care go into each turn, fold and cut, and man oh man, it sure is worth it! ♥️🥐
