Melon Eton Mess 🍈
Eton Mess is a British dessert that layers meringues, fruit, and cream, basically a fruit parfait with a twist! Our version is fresh and summery, with layers of Fresh Mint Diplomate Cream, Tuscan Melon Gelée, Raspberry Meringues, and Fresh Berries. Don’t be scared of the melon gelèe, texture wise you mainly get the mint cream and the berries, the melon just adds a delicious, fresh, fruity element that ties everything together! We will have this unique dessert throughout June, stop in to try on this weekend! This is also a flourless/gluten free dessert!

Earl Grey Basque Cheesecake with Mixed Berry Coulis 🫐🍓 Basque cheesecakes are intentionally “burnt” to create a toasty, caramelized outside, while the inside remains rich and creamy. This Earl Grey Basque Cheesecake is infused with Earl Grey tea which gives it lovely aromatic citrus and floral flavor that pairs beautifully with the Mixed Berry Coulis. We will have this cheesecake by the slice throughout the month of June, stop in to try a slice today.
