Happy Father’s Day to the guy that makes this all possible!

If you’re new here mannyvelezz is the man who helps make this dream a reality. Back in 2020 his support was unwavering and encouraging as he worked tirelessly (and still does 😂) to allow me to pursue building The Half Cookie. Today he helps with every facet of the business- whether it’s building our Snowport booth, helping create recipes, popping up for events The Street Chestnut Hill, or being our barista when we’re in a pinch! Wishing him and all the dads out there a great day filled with freshly baked cookies and coffee ☕️🍪🤎

🍫 LAVA- our improved chocolate dough stuffed with housemade ganache and topped with powdered sugar.

COOKIE BUTTER- white chocolate chip dough stuffed with cookie butter and topped with maldon sea salt.

PEANUT BUTTER MONSTER- og dough w oats, mini m&ms, and a PB core.

BLUEBERRY PIE- actual blueberry pie infused dough with white chocolate and pie crust crumble.

the sun is setting later and we are excited to announce Winthrop is opening an hour earlier (now 8am) weekdays beginning in June!
*Winthrop is still closed Mondays but Chestnut Hill is open Monday and everyday 😌 - yes we are open Memorial Day too!
