We love creating sculpted book cakes! 📚❤️ Whether it’s for a local author’s book launch celebration, or just an excuse to have your favorite novel made of cake, we are always excited to do it! Each cover is hand-painted, with letters cut out of our marshmallow fondant and hand-piped with royal icing. We like to take our time with these to get each detail perfect! 👌 swipe to see some book cakes we’ve done over the past couple years!

Want your pet to be a part of your celebration? Perhaps it’s your pet’s birthday? We are now offering a custom buttercream pet add-on to any of our gourmets cakes! Provide a photo and we will create a miniature version of your pal using our Italian meringue buttercream. This option is now available on a drop down menu on our gourmet cake order form. Thank you to everyone who came out to our tasting event yesterday! It was a huge success. We loved reading through all of the comments, feedback, and suggestions.

Overall the rosemary fig carmalized onion scone and blood orange filled croissant were the fan favorites. People also loved the sourdough focaccia and asked for more flavors. We were thinking of selling our focaccia in the cafe every Friday. What do you think?

Have you tried our breakfast sandwiches? They are made to order on a house-made plain or everything english muffin or croissant. You can choose your own combination of egg, cheese, ham, or bacon. Taken to go or eaten in the cafe, our sandwiches are a perfect way to start your day.

Happy 2025!! 🎉🥂. Looking forward to a new year of exciting cakes and decorating adventures! Thank you to all of our customers and followers for supporting a small, local business. We love and appreciate you!! ❤️ Pictured: A sculpted and hand-painted champagne bottle and bucket cake from late January 2024. The ice bucket is 6 layers of cake, frosted, carved, covered with fondant and painted silver. The champagne bottle is a sculpted rice krispy figurine covered in fondant, and airbrushed with a hand-painted label. We made the ice cubes using isomalt, the cork using gumpaste, and a melted and cooled sugar for the “spray” effect. 🫧🍾
