Thank you for amazing Friday ❤️ Truth be told, this business is not for the weak, and some days I want to quit. but every weekend you show me that I’m needed. Thank you so much for supporting me. This business means so much to me, and at the end of the day, I love what I do. 💗

No cinnamon rolls this week 😢 I tried to make them in singular form because my pans didn’t come in time, and they came out way too big to even close them 😭

FOR SATURDAY: I know it’s going to rain, but I already prepped 45 breads ( pumpkin chocolate chip, regular sourdough ) that I’m baking today and bagels 🥯…
so the farm stand will be opened tomorrow.

I did regular sourdough, rye with the caraway seeds and jalapeño cheddar focaccia. ☺️
There’s a couple cookies, and some plain cinnamon rolls. A few cranberry walnuts left also. 

I added a few more regular sourdough because they went so fast 🤣 Baked a couple hours ago 😂

I did a new sourdough! 💗 Chocolate walnut!! This one is amazing!! 😍
Peanut butter cookies and chocolate chips cookies are up there too!

Best part of owning your own bakery… You get to eat the cookies first ☺️😏
