I have never frozen a cinnamon roll before and reheated it, and some of my customers mentioned that they do that, so I wanted to see it for myself and oh my gosh 😍 Honestly AMAZING! So I guess my cinnamon rolls freeze well too! 🥰 🤷‍♀️

I remember when I first started this business, I would be so happy to get an order, and that order would take me ALL DAY to make. Fast forward a year and a half and I nearly turned into a commercial bakery but under a cottage license. 😉😂 I couldn’t do this without you guys and I’m truly blessed. ❤️

Okay a little side note, the sourdough that I wanted to try was suppose to be a pretzel cheese one but once I dipped it in the lye solution, the dough started to flatten 😭 so I decided I didn’t want to ruined the whole batch. So it’s just cheese sourdough 😜
But it made me think about doing bagels like that since it’s a stiffer dough?? 🤨 Anyways, happy Saturday. 🥰
