If you’re new here, hi! I’m Kara - the pastry chef & owner behind Stingo’s Sweets and The Smart Cookie 🍪✨

From competing in commercial baking competitions in high school, to earning my Baking & Pastry degree from Johnson & Wales, working in Forbes-rated restaurants, Walt Disney World, helping develop pastry programs, earning my MBA, and eventually turning this dream into my full-time career… it’s been a journey I’m incredibly grateful for.

Every cookie, cake, and dessert has years of passion, education, hard work, and experience behind it.
