Nine years of early mornings, burnt fingertips, handwritten recipes, packed bakery cases, beautiful chaos, and thousands upon thousands of mochi pastries shared with all of you.

What started as a tiny dream somehow became this living, breathing community we get to wake up and serve every day. And truly, none of this exists without you.
So… we want to celebrate together 💛
