Last bake and market day of the year!! It’s a little wet but we have plenty of bread and focaccia for all you fine people. Get your rain gear on and get to the downtown Berkeley Farmers’ Market! We will next be baking for the market on January 4th, so stock up!

The sun is out here at the bakery, so if you want to stay dry and pick up bread, we’ll be here until 12:30p then heading to a likely rainy North Berkeley Farmers’ market. Some come on by to Carleton at Eighth St in West Berkeley. Look for the sign!

It’s a bit warm today, but that’s not keeping smiling Berkeley folks from coming to get their sourdough! It’s still on the relatively cooler side of hot so come early to beat the real heat and get what you need!

Oh my heart! Yes, my heart now lives in Washington, DC! We successfully moved Malín into her dorm at Georgetown. While a little sad, we couldn’t be more proud of her and everything she has accomplished. It’s been 20 years North Berkeley!! Come on out to celebrate this milestone - food, music, drinks, and of course, bread! Visit those of us who have been there for all 20 of those years and those who have just joined us. Morell’s Bread has been there from the begging will be for more years to come.
