The love, patience and selflessness that it takes to be a mother is immeasurable and invaluable.

We're so excited to announce that our newest cookie is officially available to order on our website!

We've been working for months to perfect this delicious, melt in your mouth cookie, so without further ado, I’d like to introduce you to our Italian Almond Shortbread Cookie!

From the ingredients and process, to the authentic Italian flavor, all the way to the cookie's shape that our lead baker designed by hand, we've taken our time to make sure it's just right.

They'll quite possibly become a new staple in your home. Let me know what you think!

Growing up, I was taught that the quality of the ingredients we choose to cook with would shine through in the food that we served our family and friends – that you can taste it! I never forgot that, and carried it directly into CiCi's.

When it came time to start making the Chocolate Butterhorns, I knew I needed to find the perfect chocolate to accompany the warm cinnamon and rich walnuts of our original Butterhorn.

Guittard’s Bittersweet Chocolate instantly came to mind.

Guittard is the oldest, continuously family-owned & operated chocolate company in the United States. Their commitment to premium quality is something I’ve always respected.

They’ve been in business for over 150 years and have had 5 generations working at their company. (We’ve got a good start over the past 15 years – we only need another 135 years and 3 generations to catch up!)

I am proud to tell people that we use Guittard Chocolate in our Chocolate Butterhorns and our Double Chocolate Espresso cookies. Because, like my Nana Julie taught me, you can taste quality!
