Native Bagel Company is a bagel, coffee, and sandwich shop serving food in Berea, Kentucky. We make our bagels daily using an 18-hour fermentation process that draws out maximum flavor. We have carefully sourced our bagel and spread ingredients, and purchase from as many local suppliers and farmers as possible. Experience is preferred but we’re happy to train the right person who’s eager to learn and be part of our A team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and love creating memorable experiences for guests, we’d love to meet you!

⚠️ HOW TO APPLY ⚠️

Because these positions involve meaningful training, menu knowledge, and consistency behind the bar and in the kitchen, we’re ideally looking for someone who plans to stay with us for at least a year. This isn’t a contract requirement, but long-term availability helps us invest in your training and build a strong, stable team. Applicants planning to remain in the Berea area for the next 12+ months will be prioritized.
