🤩 What a week for super healthy bakes!!!

Today’s Bergen, a 7 whole multigrain-and-seed bread, was made with minimal yeast, slowly fermented and has no processed white sugars and ZERO fats added. The amount of fiber alone is going to make your gut SO happy, and the plentiful, naturally occurring nutrients are excellent for your brain 😎

I have received lots of orders for tomorrow’s Mocha HEALTH muffins and it’s no wonder: organic yogurt, lots of EVOO, generous glugs of honey, local eggs and milk, active wild yeast… The ingredients list isn’t only mega healthy and gourmet, but paired with deeply roasted coffee and top-shelf dark chocolate promises to be DELICIOUS!!!

🌧️ I heard on the radio last night that today’s chance of rain was 40% to 90%.

A definite maybe. 🤣

🪣 What’s for sure today is buckets and buckets of whole grains and seeds at the Honest Breads LLC baking studio for the Bergen bread!

📣 I can proudly announce that I now source some of my ingredients, such as the grains and seeds in today’s dough, various nuts, and shredded coconut, from the wonderful Frankferd Farms Foods, Inc., a small business that offers many organic and all high quality options.

🚐 They deliver for a minimum of $500/order, which is one of the reasons why the Honest Breads account has been on the low side lately.

🏆 It feels like big girl pants though, and I am SO glad to support yet another small business, especially one so committed to quality!
