We're pairing up with Forged Brewery for Bainbridge days this Saturday! We've got the food covered they've got the brew! Forged will be on site (our main back parking lot entrance) 10am - 3pm so make sure you stop out and grab some brews and food. We will be preparing some shareable pulled pork sliders on our garlic rosemary buns and our regular lunch menu will be available and you never know what else Erika may be whipping up in the kitchen! Erikas will be open til 3 on Saturday as well

We've got some changes happening over here at the cakery!!

To think we haven't changed our hours in almost 5 years.
No explanation is needed but for those of you who need one. I(Erika) have been working 90hour weeks for almost 5 years. 6 days a week some extra days off here and there but still our main baker and ringleader. It's time to get more than one day of rest per week. That being said we will be extending our sunday hours to accommodate our fresh bagels and to offer a lunch service. I will no longer be offering custom order pickup on Sunday so that we can offer our best breakfast and lunch options that day as well as all the espresso drinks. Stay tuned for fill a box options on Sundays as well.

Just a little sneak peek of what we have going on this morning.... Saturday special cinnamon buns and blueberry lavender. We have cheesecakes galore and more stuff being made right now. Stop on down and grab some sweet treats and the best coffee in town. Todays flavors are salted caramel and choc-o-nut truffle
