Have you missed us? With baking in our house we are working on getting better before doing bagels again for all of you! We got a cold a week ago and we want to make sure all the germs are aired out! We haven’t stopped baking though! We made sourdough croissants last weekend and they were amazing! Keep your eyes on this page because the next time we sell bagels there will be another giveaway! What kind of croissants do you like, sweet or savory?

Merry Christmas and happy new year from our family to yours!!!! Thank you so much for the support you all have given us as we grew into more than we imagined last year! Years ago when I started selling pies and cookies at markets I never imagined in 8 years I’d be selling sourdough bagels to friends and family! The highlight of my baking year was knowing something I had made was a part of so many of your Christmas mornings! We look forward to what this new year will bring!

Do you see that little slice on the bagel? Fancy Slicing on sourdough started as something women did to add their signature to their loaves at gatherings... that way they would know which loaves were theirs if left over. It’s also a way to let the loaf expand with out busting out funny... we like adding the little slice to our bagels as a way to say “we love making these and we made them just for you”!

So exciting that we are almost to 100 likes!!!!
We tried something new for Friday with Kutik's Everything Bees and it was a success all around! Who’s ready for some order forms? Pick up will be at Kutik’s event Friday from 6-9 . We will have these, dairy free and an assortment of filled!!!!

A LOT Of bagels went out of here this weekend! Thank you to everyone who bought from us! I’m excited to see what December brings! We will be making bagels this weekend again and then NEXT weekend we have a very special event that we are excited to fill you in on!!! I’ll give you a hint, we’re making something the same shape as bagels but it’s not bagels!
