Well, after a year and a half break, I am excited to announce that the Texas BBQ Specialists will be competing May 22nd and 23rd at the Freedom Isn't Free cook off at the VFW in Granbury Texas!
We will be using Texas Pepper Jelly this time, so other teams beware!
This buckle will be ours!

The Texas BBQ Specialists will be competing next on May 9th and 10th at the Butterfield Stage Days state championship cook off in Bridgeport Texas.

Texas BBQ Specialists are back on the competition trail. We will be competing in White Settlement on May 3rd and 4th.
