I am totally nuts about quality, which is why these requested Dubai Chocolate Cake Jars are getting the absolute royal treatment! While big chain stores might be churning out factory-made desserts with artificial pistachio flavorings, I am slow-rolling mine in small batches.

I layer rich Devil's Food cake with freshly made heavy cream ganache using premium milk and semi-sweet chocolates, pairing it with high-end pistachio cream and freshly toasted, crunchy kataifi.

I have six available and they will be dropped off at Southern Honey Giftique on Monday.

I decided to take standard bread pudding and totally recreate the recipe, because why use bread when you can use vanilla cake? A new spin on a classic dessert, loaded with sweet raisins and pecans. Happy 2nd Anniversary to literally the cutest couple I know! 🥹

Looking at this number "2" cookie cake, I can’t believe it’s already been two years since Katie and Daniel’s wedding! I first met Katie at Sting Fling back in 2023 when I booked her for a branding shoot. That quickly turned into a beautiful full-circle moment when she trusted me to make their tiered wedding cookie cake.

If you know Katie, or if you’ve ever booked her for photographs, you already know the deal: you don’t just get the most spectacular photos you’ve ever had taken, you gain an incredible friend for life.
