I am thrilled to spotlight another amazing Parker County Cottage Bakers Bake Sale Ross Fire Fundraiser: Mindy, the creative mind behind Tin Roof Cakes!

Mindy was actually the very first baker in our area that I met, and I knew right away we would be fast friends. She is the absolute go-to in our community for fondant toppers. Honestly, chances are high that if you see a custom cake in our area with an intricate fondant topper on it, Mindy made it!

With 20 years of experience turning her artistic eye into sweet creations, Mindy specializes in sculpted 3D cakes, cookies, breads, pastries, and detail-driven treats for life's biggest celebrations. Taking an idea and figuring out how to bring it to life in edible form is her passion, and her love for family and community shines through everything she bakes.

I am so excited to highlight another incredible baker for our Parker County Cottage Bakers bake sale fundraiser: Mallory Lorene’s !

Mallory began her journey on a mission to bring back classic, nostalgic recipes. Think of the kind of homemade treats that immediately transport you back to your grandparents' living room, just without the delicate doilies or the off-limits living room chair.

She has been baking for 15 years, officially becoming a chef in 2023, and operating under a firm belief that butter fixes almost everything. From traditional breads and classic cinnamon rolls to rich red velvet cakes and old-fashioned peanut brittle, she does it all. Whether she is making a timeless recipe or serving up a fun modern twist, she elevates every single flavor so you never get a boring bite.

Mallory’s goal is to bring you right back to your childhood using simple, quality ingredients and big flavor. It is just like Grandma used to make, except you do not have to call and beg for the recipe.

Meet the Baker: Violet Meadows Homestead

I am thrilled to feature another wonderful member of our Parker County Cottage Bakers community who will be joining us at our upcoming bake sale fundraiser: Violet Meadows Homestead, located right off 730S near Veal Station Road!

Violet Meadows Homestead began with a simple, beautiful mission: to grow and make their own food while teaching their little ones the value of where our food comes from. That root-level passion has since flourished into a craft for incredible sourdough-based baked goods and the art of custom cake decorating.

Their ultimate goal is simple: to make your day just a little bit brighter through heartfelt, wholesome baking.

Kylei Crownover | Sweets By KK 🍭🍓

I am so excited to spotlight one of our amazing Parker County Cottage Bakers participating in our bake sale fundraiser: Kylei Crownover, the talented face behind Sweets by KK located in Azle!

Kylei is a total powerhouse as a girl mom to her sweet three-year-old daughter, Ava, a youth cheer head coach, and a dedicated local business owner. While she has been in business since 2021, these past six months have been extra special as she has poured her heart into growing her specialty chocolate-covered treat business.

If you have not tried her treats yet, she is best known for her incredible cake pops and chocolate-covered strawberries. She is always experimenting with fun new goodies and bringing creative custom orders to life. Between coaching, mama duties, and running her shop, Kylei stays busy, but her passion for what she is building shines through in every single order.

Kylei’s goal is to keep growing, connect with more amazing folks in our community, and make all of your local celebrations just a little bit sweeter.
