Ampis Baked Creations We are a cottage bakery located in Azle and specialize in artisanal baked goods, including sourdough, challah, scones, and more.

Known for quality ingredients and unique flavors, they bring a warm, homemade touch to every bite. The name Ampis was actually created by our nephew Nemo. We figured that this was the perfect name for our endeavor. The majority of our recipes were passed down thru the family...and are always from scratch, never a box. Before anything is sold to the public, our family thoroughly critiques each mouthwatering morsel to ensure it is deemed fit. Mind you, they take this job extremely seriously. We do not solely create cakes/cupcakes, but also dabble in pies, cookies and other equally delectable delights.

The Innkeeper has arrived.

We didn't set out to make a loaf that tastes like a fantasy tavern on a rainy night. And yet. Here we are.

Cream soda. Butterscotch chips. Caramel bits. All folded into sourdough and then...and then, it caramelized. Like it knew what it was doing the whole time. Like it had a personal vendetta against boring bread.

The Innkeeper is this week's flavor, and it tastes like a cozy fantasy tavern in loaf form. You walk in out of the rain. Someone slides this across the bar and says "on the house." Life is briefly perfect.

It is not on the house. But it IS available for preorder for the markets this weekend. 🍺

☀ Gather & Grow Farmers Market Sunday at Hardwood Park in Bridgeport from 10-3

We're bringing the Sunny Blues for their debut AND… something new. I've been "testing" a new sourdough flavor this week. Testing. That's what we're calling it. All I'll say is it's giving cozy, buttery, and a little magical. 🪄 Come see for yourself this weekend!

She's HERE. 🎉
Meet the (hopefully forever) face of Ampis Baked Creations.

Y'all. Getting a logo is a journey and a half — and ours had some twists and turns along the way. But sometimes things work out exactly the way they're supposed to, and this is one of those times. We ended up with something that truly fits what Ampis is and where we're headed, and I couldn't be more proud of it. ✨

It just feels right. Warm, handcrafted, made with intention — just like everything that comes out of this kitchen.

This is the logo I see on every bag, every box, and every link-in-bio for a long time to come. We couldn't be more excited to carry it into everything we bake and every corner of this little brand we're building.

Fresh bread. Real ingredients. A logo we're finally keeping. 🍞🌿

Thank you Funs Creations Boutique for the amazing shirts (and a few other items 😁). We also used Milweb1 for the first time for the vinyl banners and could not be happier!

Summer is almost here… but summer break? Already in full swing. 🍋💙 And honestly, we've been putting this time to GOOD use.

Say hello to our Sunny Blues - aka Lemon Blueberry Sweet Rolls — a labor of love that's been worked on, tweaked, and reworked more times than we can count. Getting them just right took time, and we were not cutting corners on these. Bright lemon, scratch-made blueberry compote, all swirled up into something that feels like a proper summer morning. ☀️

Our official taste testers have been very thorough in their duties — and they have given their full, enthusiastic stamp of approval. (We may be biased, but we think they made the right call. 😄)

These are coming to Ampis Baked Creations soon, and we genuinely cannot wait to share them with you. This one's been a work in progress and it feels so good to finally be close to the finish line. Stay close, because these won't be a permanent thing — and when preorders open, you'll want to be ready. 👀

Today we pause. 🤍

Memorial Day has always felt like a day that deserves more than a quick mention. It's a day to really stop — to think about the men and women who put on a uniform knowing what it might cost them, and did it anyway. For us. For strangers. For a country they believed in.

We think about their families too — the ones who sent them off and waited, and sometimes never got them back. The moms, the dads, the spouses, the kids. The ones who carry the weight of that sacrifice every single day, long after the flags come down.

Running a small business means I'm deeply aware of what freedom makes possible. The ability to create something, to share it with our community, to build something of our own — none of that exists without people who were willing to give everything. I don't take that lightly.

So today, no sales, no announcements. Just gratitude. Deep, sincere, humbling gratitude.

Thank you to every service member, past and present. And to the Gold Star families — we see you, and we honor you.
