☀️ OUR CHEEKS HURT FROM SMILING SO MUCH! 😭❤️

A massive thank you to everyone who came out to see us at the Barton Creek Farmers Market yesterday! Honestly, y'all made us feel like absolute celebrities. Everything came out beautifully, we met so many excited new customers, and we truly hope you loved everything you tried! Welcome to the Blissful Buns family!

Our booth was absolutely overflowing with brioche, challah, hot dog buns, hamburger buns, dinner rolls, and our usual gorgeous lineup.

A lot of you know this, but Jason gets to the kitchen at 6 PM on Friday and bakes straight through the night for 14+ hours just to ensure everyone gets the absolute freshest treats possible. Yes, he keeps an air mattress there, but he spends his night baking fresh! (I only get about 4 hours of sleep market nights myself, which is still more than Jason gets!)

Because we bake fresh and operate out of a tight commercial space, we don't have massive storage facilities, just one big freezer and one small freezer. We simply cannot bring the entire menu to every market, so ordering ahead is the best way to lock in your favorites!

Here is a little sneak peek behind the scenes of what Jason is working on at our gluten free bakery today. 👩‍🍳🌾
