During this pandemic, I haven't been idle. I have mastered the art of homemade bread! Happy Sunday morning! I've been up for a few hours now, doing my favorite thing: baking! I have a batch of pumpkin bread in the oven now, deliciously smelling up the house, a batch of chocolate chip cookies mixed up, ready for their turn in the oven, and ingredients ready to go for thumbprint cookies that I'm going to experiment with: using chocolate ganache instead of jam! I might even add some walnut pieces on top... mmm! I'm always working on something different so if there's something you want that I don't have listed, let me know!

This pumpkin bread is a family tradition from my childhood, for all the holidays. It is the best pumpkin bread you'll ever had. I can add toasted walnuts or chocolate chips, on request. My favorite way to enjoy pumpkin bread is to toast a slice and spread cream cheese on it for breakfast!

These are my favorite gluten free cookie made with peanut butter and oatmeal.
