We've got lots of stuff going on this month--check out our latest newsletter, linked through bio, for the detes. But here is a quick rundown:
Our new Ette et Ette brunch AKA Frunch is happening every weekend in Austin, with music from DJ duo Club Palo Santo. We're having so much fun--the music and the food are crushing.
Ette et Ette will be coming to Albuquerque later this month! We'll keep you posted.
Wendell Berry tribute dinners are scheduled and tickets are now on sale. These are meant to be intimate, bespoke, and a celebration of food, culture and community, prepared by @erinkimberlywadeand @avery_pearson_creative. If you are a Wendell Berry fan or a food and sustainability wonk, get your tickets before they sell out in ABQ, Santa Fe or Austin.
Erin posted a sample chapter of her upcoming book about restaurants and what brought her to them. (link in bio)
Valentine's Day is coming, as well as Super Bowl, and so we are bringing back our Love & Football specials.
Call the restaurant for your Valentine's Day Rezzos, since it falls on a Friday this year it's likely to be busy!
Come check out our new🥚 Ette et Ette brunch 🥚 at Vinaigrette. The menu of omelets and classics is French-inflected but eclectic. The music is hosted by dynamic DJ duo Club Palo Santo, spinning a creative mix of French jams, seamlessly blending complex beats, and just generally elevating our vibration. 💿🎧
11-3pm Saturday and Sunday, Vinaigrette on South Congress (📍 2201 College Ave)
Check out Ette et Ette, our new brunch in Austin (coming soon to NM), featuring music from @clubpalosanto @louloughelichkhani @sunsetcanyon. Bon weekend!
Restaurants and democracy have more in common than you think. Check out Lady Boss’s comments at one of our favorite customers annual party during Folk Art Market earlier this year. And remember vote!

Hey Austin! Watching the Olympics has fired up our competitive spirit, and we are gunning for the Austin Chronicle Best Salad. Because, you know, salads are kind of our jam, our thing, our rai·son d'ê·tre. We are full on salad nerds. First we gotta get nominated.—which you can do via the link in bio. And check out some of these
We've got just over a week left of peak summer specials at all the Vinaigrettes. If you haven't yet, check them out before we change up again.
