UNO! Game night cookies for a 6th birthday 🎉
Please email me at [email protected] or message me through Facebook with questions or to place an order. Welcome to Lillybird Baking!
My name is Lilly and I bake homemade cookies, cupcakes, and other sweet treats for any occasion or event. Everything is baked from scratch and hand-decorated by me. I do mostly local orders within the Northern Virginia area, but am happy to ship as well. I will work with you every step of the way to make sure we get your cookie or cupcake designs exactly the way you envision them for your special event.

A little throwback to last year with one of my favorite baby shower sets I realized I never shared. The theme was inspired by an adorable quilt for the baby.

After almost a year away, I’m coming back to cookies for a bit! I’ve missed doing cookies but have enjoyed every minute with our little Brooks. I know this is a crazy time for everyone and Easter gatherings are going to be a bit different than we all imagined but I wanted to offer up a little joy in the form of cookies 🐰
I will have special packaged options which I will post later this evening, including pricing and more details. They’re perfect for Easter baskets or if you want to surprise someone with a little gift at their doorstep.
In order to keep us all safe and follow the guidelines, I will be offering contactless porch pick up in Ashburn (Brambleton). And if you live in Brambleton, I will deliver to your porch for free!
(Note: I am not accepting full individual orders for right now- I am just going to be having these special sales for holidays and occasions as they come).
Although I am a few weeks late sharing this with my cookie customers, I wanted to be sure to introduce the newest member of our family.
We welcomed a baby boy, Brooks Cameron Metcalf, on June 2nd- 8 lbs 1 oz and 21.5 inches long. He’s such a sweet baby and we have loved every minute with this little guy.
I will be taking the next few months off from doing cookies but hope to be back part time in the fall. Have a wonderful summer everyone!!

Finally sharing a little of what I’ve been working on the last few weeks 😊
Is anyone watching Survivor??! We’re big fans over here so it was extra fun to make these for a local woman who is on the show this season.
Lots of baby shower cookies this past weekend with each set matching the nursery themes....Harry Potter and bunnies!
Thank you all for the sweet messages and comments last week! The support has meant so much to us ❤️ As promised, I am sharing pictures of some of the cookie sets I've done over the last several months. I'll continue to share more pictures as I work on cookies before baby Metcalf arrives. Have a great weekend everyone!
Hello everyone!! Many of you have wondered where my cookies and I have been the last few months so I of course needed to share some news to explain things : ) Logan and I have been on a journey the last few years to have a baby and as the process got more intensive, I realized I needed to take a little break from cookies. After going through different treatments, we were finally successful with IVF and are beyond excited that our first baby is arriving later this spring.
I am so appreciative of everyone who has supported my business the last few years. There has been so much support that I have still found myself working on lots of cookies over the last several months. (I have many pictures that I will continue to share over the coming weeks of cookies that I have been working).
I am sharing this news to let you all know that I will be accepting a limited amount of orders now through the end of April. I do have some dates already reserved but there are still some spots left, so shoot me an email ([email protected]) if you have an occasion you need cookies for.
Sharing these fun cookies and some IMPORTANT NEWS with everyone today: I will not be taking any more cookie orders for the foreseeable future. If anything changes, I will definitely keep everyone updated. Thanks so much for the love and support you all have given me and my business!
Lots of flowers (inspired by the shower invitation) to celebrate the bride to be 🌷

Fun party treats for two sisters who celebrated their birthdays last week 🎉🎈🎁
I especially love when I get to make cookies for someone I know. These were to celebrate Bailey’s commissioning into the Marine Corps. His family is extra special to us because they were the masterminds behind setting up me and my husband Logan on our first date and here we are 6 years later : ) We loved celebrating such a big milestone for Bailey who graduated from VMI in the spring and just finished Officer Candidate School. Congrats to 2nd Lieutenant Mahoney!
Crabs and Natty Boh...nothing more perfect for a Marylander’s birthday! 🦀
I made it through another year of graduation cookies and am excited to get back to some cute themed sets like this one celebrating baby Reagan! 💕
