Itās so humbling to see how far you can go in life, and how much you can achieve if you just keep pushing yourself. This was one of the first cakes I ever made, it was for my amazing cousins sweet 16. With my aunts guidance and recipe book in hand we created this two tiered cake and I enjoyed every moment of it. It still amazes me what you can create from a few simple ingredients. With years of hard work (thats right! Not over night) I pushed myself to perfect my craft. Absorbing every bit of information and never taking no for an answer I have slowly improved myself and my craft. Iām very fortunate to have a job that Iām passionate about, I still get excited to come to the bakery every day. Yes some days you want to give up and others you just canāt seem to please anyone. Itās in those moments I try reflect on the positive and remind myself of all the amazing things, I get to make cakes for big, once in a lifetime events like weddings, you only get one shot to get that rightā¦you canāt simply say Iāll try better on your next wedding cake, lol š and the huge amount of trust that couple have in me to make their dream cake and deliver on my promise is amazing to me. I get to provide a memory for that couple and be apart of it. I just want to say thank you to everyone who has believed in me and supported me along the way. Thank you thank you thank you!

Thatās right! Weāre gearing up for the summer and could use a few more talented people on our team! We are hiring a full time front end customer service team member, a full time baker, job would be baking cookies, tarts etc as well as making buttercream etc. Lastly we are hiring a full time or part time cake decorator.
