We had a fiesta at our last PTA meeting on Monday, complete with Cindo-de-Mayo cookies!!!

Fun fact: Are you aware that all of my detail decorating is done free-handed? This is the reason my cookies rarely look identical. Does it drive me crazy? Absolutely. However, for me, it is more about the artistic aspect and a means of relaxation. The taste, however, is always consistent.
