A few new focaccia options added to this week’s menu for Thursday-Sunday preorder 😊 I had to pull a few of the loaf options due to oven spring but don’t worry; they are still a focaccia option and focaccia is just as good as a loaf! M

****Preorder will be available this morning until Sunday at 9am!****

Pick up will be Wednesday 1-4PM and Thursday 9-11AM and 1-4PM. If you need pick up after 4PM, please mention this is the comment section before hitting finish to place your order and I will let you know where to pick up your order.

You will get a confirmation text from me once I confirm the order. Please do not place the order several times. If you do not get a confirmation text from me within 1 hour, place the order again or reach out to me via messenger. Please make sure you are picking a pickup day/time (you don’t need to do that if you need after 4 but please make sure you mention this in the comment section) and payment option.

I will also be sending out confirmation texts the day of pick up as a reminder ☺️

Hi all! I just wanted to share some important info since it’s bake day and I don’t think I shared this before. All of my loaves are 750g (before inclusions are added) Any loaves with garlic, chocolate, cinnamon, fruit or a veggie (specifically sun dried tomatoes) don’t have much of an oven spring like a normal loaf would have. So if you get a pepperoni and a garlic & herb, the garlic one will for sure seem smaller, however, the same amount of dough was used to prep the loaf. I am in the process of changing the recipe a bit and adding more dough to the loaves that don’t have the best oven spring. I may remove those loaves as options and have them as focaccia options. Thanks! 🤍

Hi all! Thank you ALL for your preorders! 🎉

As a reminder, scheduled pickups are Wednesdays from 1PM-5PM (no morning pickup on Wednesday) and Thursdays from 8AM-11AM and 1PM-5PM.

The bakery is located at 1944 Maratta Rd., Aliquippa, PA 15001 (the sign outside says Pizer’s Sweet Co-Op but that will be changing to The Startup Kitchen Collective 🇮🇹 🇩🇪) We are located directly across the street from Margaret Ross Elementary 🙂 There is a driveway to the right of the building; please do not block the driveway and park to the left of the building.

I take a break Wednesday/Thursday from 11:15AM-12:45PM so I will not be at the bakery.

I am looking forward to seeing some people that I haven’t seen in a while and meeting a lot of new people!

This upcoming Thursday, I will be adding another focaccia to preorder and I promise — you don’t want to miss this one! Raspberry White Chocolate will be available for preorder until Sunday, 7/26. It was a popular one this preorder. I will see how next preorder goes and it may be a permanent menu item; we will see!
