Due to past candidates/experiences, if you answered YES ✅ to any of the following, you don’t have the flexibility we’re looking for.

1. I have another job
2. I share cars with my parents & siblings - if you’re not in walking distance
3. I can only work 2x a week
4. I can only work weekends
5. I’m not available after 1:00pm (for 2pm-6pm shifts)

The above flexibility is only for the time being until our new candidates are fully trained.
Once all baristas are fully trained, there is more flexibility in our scheduling requirements.
