Had so much fun making this cake for my niece! The kitty's body is made of chocolate cake with vanilla swiss meringue buttercream and a white chocolate ganache, while the bottom cake is funfetti! I managed to cut the head off the cat without traumatizing too many four-year-olds, so I consider the day a resounding success 🤣🤣🤣

Panda cake! This one celebrated Filipino flavors with a moist coconut cake, coconut swiss meringue buttercream, and macapuno coconut strings as part of the filling. Meringue cookie lollipops spell out the birthday boy's name!

I love making this particular flavor combination for people because the flavors are so important in my Lebanese culture. This was the Lebanese Delight cake - a vanilla cake with a Lebanese chamomile simple syrup, orange blossom swiss meringue buttercream, covered with a hand painted white chocolate ganache.

This client LOVES Clematis flowers! I'm excited to hear how the surprise cake went over!

Blippi party for a 3-year-old! These colors were great to work with. This is my churros con chocolate cake, a dozen orange creamsicle cupcakes with a marshmallow buttercream, and a dozen guava cupcakes with guava filling and passion orange swiss meringue buttercream!

Revisiting one of my favorite cakes from last fall, made for a lovely friend's birthday celebration. Two tiers were a cannoli inspired cake, and the other two were my house special Lebanese Afternoon, made with Lebanese chamomile tea and an orange blossom buttercream. This cake features silver gelatin spheres and a variety of sugar flowers, all made by hand.

So excited to be baking again! This small wedding cake is a gift from my client to her newlywed sister. Her new brother-in-law is Nigerian, which I used for inspiration in the flavor and design of the cake. The green band around the bottom of the cake references the Nigerian flag.

White cake recipe courtesy of , but with a twist! I made an African red rooibos simple syrup, a fresh strawberry puree, strawberry Swiss meringue buttercream, and covered the cake with a white chocolate ganache.
