**** Gluten-Free today Sunday 7/5 ****

Everyone: We have GLUTEN FREE items today; even though we were closed on Saturday.

We cam in on Saturday (yesterday) and baked our Gluten-Free items for today (Sunday 7/5); even though the Bakery was closed.

We didn’t want to disappoint anyone; so come in today to get your GF items.

We’re open till 4 pm.

Everyone:
Don't forget that the Bakery will be CLOSED on Saturday July 4th.

We're open till 6 PM tonight, Friday the 3rd for you to get your Bread & Sweets.

4th of July Specials today:
- Red & Green Chile Cheddar Swirl Sourdough Bread
- Star Spangled Swirl Bread – filled w cherries, blueberries &

- Lemon Raspberry Bars - A Lemon filling & Raspberries, dusted

Our Egg Salad Sandwich is now available!

We decided on a traditional recipe that contains chopped hard boiled eggs, mayonnaise, diced celery, sweet pickle relish, and then it's seasoned with a little bit of salt & pepper.

The default version of our egg salad sandwich will include leaf lettuce; but you can add tomato, red onions, cucumbers, sprouts, etc. and spices such as Paprika if you wish.

We recommended Breads such as our Honey White, Honey Wheat, or Montana Crunch (Highly recommended).

Try it - We think you'll love it!

We specialize in whole grain breads using freshly ground whole wheat & rye flour; & amazing treats (Cinnamon Rolls, Scones, & Muffins). Customers love our artisan breads (Sourdough, French, Rye), gluten free items (Thurs. & Sun.), and our low carb items.

A lot of people include specific ingredients in their version; for example yellow mustard, chives, fresh dill, diced green onions, etc.

The default version of our egg salad sandwich will include leaf lettuce; but you can add tomato, red onions, cucumbers, sprouts, etc. and spices such as Paprika if you wish.

We recommended Breads such as our Honey White, Honey Wheat, or Montana Crunch.
Regardless - we think you'll like it.

Everyone: Here's a PSA regarding Sandwich Customization at the Bakery.

Don't forget that you can make substitutions & changes to all of the Bakery's hand-crafted Sandwiches. Many are no charge; some cost extra (i.e. get sandwich on Gluten-Free bread).

For example; swap the Ham for Turkey, add Avocado, use Yellow mustard instead of Dijon, No tomatoes, No Mayo, add extra onions; add extra meat, Swiss instead of Provolone, toast the bread or the entire sandwich, etc. The choices are endless.

And of course you can always add NM's beloved Hatch Green Chile to any sandwich!

We’re trying to decide on the name for a new sandwich we are planning to start offering at the Bakery soon. Just in time for Summer.

It is going to have Pepperoni, Salami, Ham, & Provolone cheese, topped with mayo, lettuce, tomato, red onion, sliced banana peppers & Sriracha mayo, all served up on a fresh Hoagie roll. Prototype photo shown below.

We know you will love it (we do); but what would you call it?

If we choose your suggestion; you’ll get a Sandwich Combo (sandwich, chips, & drink) on us.

So give it a shot!
