My semester is finally over; finals week , when you’re in culinary school, looks way different than it ever did before! 🫠 I’ve been settling back in at home the past couple of weeks, and hope to start having pop-ups again, soon.

Just for funzies, here is an example of one of my finals…a twist on a traditional British Battenburg Cake. I had to scratch make the cake, cut it, and plate it into 182 exact replicas!

This week I’m working on a couple of custom orders! I’ll be happy to share them once they are done!
