We are so excited to see you all again! As I work in the kitchen today, shaping sourdough and prepping for the week, I need to take a minute to share some news about changes that are happening here.
My son-in-law, Tyrone, has made the choice to leave the business and our family. I am not sharing this as gossip or to air dirty laundry. This is a family business and changes in our family affect the business. I have struggled with how and what to share, but hope I am approaching this as professionally as possible. This is a difficult time, especially for Merrill Williams and Davison Wadle, as Merrill moves forward and deals with the confusion and pain of adjusting to a new life, and Davison moves forward with the loss of someone he loved as a brother and best friend. I ask that you not ask questions in the comments and try to give them time to deal with this. I am proud of them as they move forward in the healthiest ways possible.
As for me, I know that as time moves on, I will miss the laughing and joking I shared with my son-in-law in the kitchen. But I will not stand in his way as he makes the choices he feels are best for himself and his wellbeing. I wish him the best in his ventures, as I believe he has some exciting plans in his future.
Thank you all so much for your concern for our family and the love you show us everyday. We look forward to seeing you again, and getting our minds back on something else, YOU!!!
