I love my job!! It's tiring, challenging but equally peaceful and fulfilling! Thank you everyone for your orders this week! 4 years doing this while raising my 4 kids and part-time homeschooling. I'm so grateful for my customers!! And grateful for being smart this year and hiring help 🙏

There's a village behind this bread, and there's so much love and care that goes into bake day!

I've tried a lot of ways to store sourdough and this is by far my favorite! I find it keeps the loaf fresh for several days while still keeping some integrity of the crust. And I love that I can still see the bread and enjoy its beauty 😁

It also is much easier than a bread bag because I can just lift the lid and slice! There's no need to pull out a separate kitchen item! And convenience is necessary when you're a busy mom.

Wednesday night is pizza night, and here's our dessert pizza!! Peaches, feta, thyme, pecans, a squeeze of lime, and some blueberry honey we snagged from the young entrepreneur booth at the Adel Market!

So much flavor and so delicious without being overly sweet! Next time I definitely want to try it with blueberry goat cheese!

Half was more kid friendly.
