Our bagels are baked fresh each day and we use only the best quality ingredients. Although our method of baking is labor intensive and expensive, it is certainly worth it and has resulted in our winning many awards over the years. We have loyal customers who boast of bringing our bagels to all parts of the U.S., Japan and Europe when they are traveling to see friends and family. Our store is the first stop for many college students returning home and feeling homesick. We are even honored with a club on Facebook, created by one of our customers. COMMUNITY SERVICE
Bagels Plus has supported many charitable and non-profit organizations over the years. We receive requests to support many causes and we do our best to give back to the community. We donate end-of-day bagels to special school events, community suppers, food pantries, and shelters. In addition, we made a major commitment to support Bagel Buddies, a program that involved students at the Case Collaborative in Acton, MA. These students, with the support of their teachers, ran a small bagel cart at their school on Mondays from 2004-2011 selling our bagels and coffee to school staff. The proceeds of this student run business were used to fund their field trips throughout the year and to make their own charitable donations. Interacting with staff and making sales, these students practiced language and social skills as well as organizational skills. Our involvement with Bagel Buddies turned out to be our most rewarding community endeavor.
