Hi, my name is April Wells, and I am the owner and baker at Moody Meringue, a bakery that specializes in French macarons. I am based in Stow, Massachusetts, and my macarons are prepared at the Worcester Regional Food Hub. There you would find me sifting almond flour, melting chocolate, straining raspberry puree, and keeping my eye on the beautiful and glossy but very finicky meringue swirling in the stand mixer. I'm in love with making macarons. When I fall asleep at night, I don't count sheep - I count all the flavors I would like to make. Moody Meringue is my privilege and way to create these special cookies on a regular basis. I would love to make and deliver macarons for your party, a mid-day snack at the office, or a special treat to lift the mood of any occasion!
