Burning to learn is a hell of ah thing yes.
In all of our 5yrs in business, we usually give our customers the option of paying upon collection or pick up.
Alhamdulillaah, most customers have a conscience & moral compass to show their commitment when placing an order, either by paying upfront or picking up on time or being responsive when deliveries are made.
We will however now be issuing a Payment Policy to new customers when placing an order with immediate effect 2nd March, 2026.
Our regular committed customers have proven their track record with us so you're good in our books 😎
Inconsiderate no shows & last minute cancellations & non-responsive customers result in us having to blacklist them & to find a way to get our sweets sold in a timely manner to still ensure their freshness or give away to family & friends so that it doesn't go to waste.
This full payment process (half down-payment for large orders) is within hopes of having full commitment to your order on pick up/delivery date.
Also more importantly to help reduce wastage of our time, effort & resources.
