Our Story

Since 2011 Flour Shoppe has offered Bangkok’s finest housemade deserts, drinks and smoothies in Central Ladphrao. For more than two years we’ve offered a unique Southern American & Classic American Diner fare in Central Chidlom which has now expanded into Ladphrao. We feature all-day breakfasts, pastas, burgers, snacks, and salads along with our evolving line of deserts, pastries, smoothies and treats which can all be enjoyed on our lovely outdoor patio in Chidlom.

We pride ourselves in preparing as much as possible in-house, making every dish fresh & tasty. We imported special bacterial cultures to create our own buttermilk for our biscuits and ranch dressing. We prepare our own English muffins and Strawberry compote from scratch.

Our breakfast & Italian sausages plus Chorizo are all mixed with our own spice blends. We bake our own granola, hand cut our fries, and even our mayonnaise is prepared in-house.

We feature our own House Roast Coffee with Organic Northern Thai beans that we believe is as good a cup of joe as you will find in Bangkok.
