Roasted sesame is one of those flavours that feels familiar, but hits differently when done right.

Most people see a baguette as simple. Crisp crust, soft centre, that is it. But once you look closer at what goes into the dough, it stops being just “basic bread”

Take the wholemeal baguette. On the surface it sounds straightforward, but inside it carries 11 different grains. Each one adds its own layer of texture and flavour. The result is a loaf that feels deeper, nuttier, and more substantial with every bite
