Our Chief Cake Artist started out as a baker in Swissotel and his enthusiam in cake decorating elevated strongly ever since. He holds the Diploma in Pastry and Baking (Shatec Institutes) and the PME Professional Masters Diploma. As we understand that the Cake symbolises the essence of our customers' special event, we aspire to deliver the best to our customers through using the finest ingredients.
