23.10.2026 星期五最近爱上玛德琳和费南雪😄
前两天同时为四个好朋友庆祝生日，除了生日礼物，也特地为在场的每一位好朋友，做四种口味的玛德琳和费南雪，做为伴手礼。家里的每一位及朋友，都对这个温室法国小蛋糕赞不绝口。小小蛋糕，却是松软、湿润、甜而不腻，怎能不好吃呢？这小蛋糕跟咖啡乌及中国茶是绝配呢👍
覆盆子榛子玛德琳、抹茶玛德琳、山核桃枫糖费南雪、白巧抹茶玛德琳。

很喜欢吃Fudge Chocolate Cake, 但是一直做不好，从冰箱取出后就硬了，没那么好吃。直到最近拜师，才找到巧克力蛋糕冷藏后也不会硬的秘诀，放在冰箱冷藏后，巨巨好吃的Fudge Chocolate Cake. 回家后马上开工复刻Chef 制作的蛋糕。 Fudge Chocolate Cake 配上中国云南酸甜清爽的覆盆子，喝杯不加糖的咖啡或中国茶，更是好吃到无法形容🤣🤣🤣 YUMMY 😋

这个抹茶玛德琳及金融Pecan（山核桃）小蛋糕，和中国茶或无糖咖啡，真的是绝配，甜而不腻、蛋糕轻盈柔润，我不是种瓜说瓜甜啊👍👍👍

趁今天没拍外景，赶快烘个好久没做的无面粉巧克力蛋糕。蛋糕柔软湿润，配上云南覆盆子，微苦带甜，好像我们的生活，苦中作乐🥰🥰🥰不知道比喻正确吗😅
