So ..... after last night's post about the gold cake, I had so many inbox messages asking what I was using and how I use it ..... this is what I used, and how it works. Really really simple. But def it makes a mess in the kitchen with gold blowing everywhere. I definitely recommend doing any airbrushing outside if possible, but with it blowing a gale here this week, the next best thing is to airbrush in a box to capture most of the excess floating in the air. Manual airbrush and gold luster are from Bake Boss NZ ( non spon) just the best luster available in nz.
