👨🍳 Senior Chef de Partie
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Chef de Partie to take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
Key responsibilities:
• Oversee kitchen operations and food preparation
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards
• Manage prep, service flow, and stock control
• Lead and support kitchen staff
• Maintain high hygiene and food safety standards
This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, leads by example, and wants to grow with a fast-expanding brand.
🛒 Sales Assistant
We are also hiring Sales Assistants to join our front-of-house team.
Key responsibilities:
• Customer service and sales at counter
• Product presentation and daily setup
• Handling customers
• Maintaining cleanliness and display standards
