“Fre{n}sh” is a start-up ‘Home-Made’ Patisserie Snack Bar located in the heart of Balluta Bay – St’Julians. As a new concept, “Fre{n}sh” is introducing the true French traditional Tartelettes, Patisserie, Quiches and the world-renowned Viennoiserie in Malta. Our home-made products are to be prepared by a French Pâtissier & Boulanger as to adhere to true French standards of quality, freshness and taste.

BONJOURRRRR to All!

Its been 7 years and 8 months since we opened our doors and served our first Client.
We encountered many ups and downs but we can definitely say it was an amazing time!

2021 was a great year since we have been awarded the following:

- BEST CRAFT BAKERY IN MALTA. 👌🏻
- BEST OVERALL BAKERY IN MALTA. 👌🏻

It is now the time for us to move into new ventures and new territories.

We will be closing the shop in Balluta from MONDAY 8TH AUGUST.

We hope to see you all this weekend to stock on your breads, viennoiseries and delicious pastries.

Merci bien a toutes et a tous for the constant support, feedbacks and for your custom.

Tomorrow Friday 3rd June, the Balluta Shop will close at 14hrs.
That is only and exceptionally for tomorrow and from Saturday, hours will be as usual.

Following the festive seasons and a very successful Galettes Des Rois promo, our Chefs, the Staff and the ovens need to rest un petit peu.

We will be closing for a seasonal shutdown from:

MONDAY 24TH JANUARY and we will re-open to serve you on TUESDAY 8TH FEBRUARY.

So don't forget to get your favourite Pâtisserie, Viennoiseries and Baguettes this weekend!!

🇫🇷 The Tradition Of Galette Des Rois In France 🇫🇷

On Epiphany, the tradition is to share a cake called a “Galette des Rois” (The Cake of Kings). The cake is made of puff pastry and it's filled with frangipane - a lush pure Almonds paste!

We have hidden a ceramic Dinosaur figurine also known as a "fève" in every Galette....who finds it will be crowned King or Queen for the day and as traditions require, that person has to be treated like a King or Queen by his or her loved ones. 👑

Small Galette 4/6ppl - €21.00
Large Galette 8/10ppl - €26.00

The following are our opening hours for the Christmas days to come.

Friday 24th - Christmas Eve -> 07.30hrs till 16:00hrs
Saturday 25th - Christmas Day -> 07.30hrs till 13:00hrs
Sunday 26th - Boxing Day -> 07.30hrs till 16:00hrs
Monday 27th - CLOSED.
